When faced with an unintended pregnancy, a woman may feel shocked and confused. A woman may not be certain if she wants to terminate the pregnancy or carry the pregnancy to term and parent or place a child for adoption. Sometimes from this place a woman cannot see one clear good choice. It can be difficult to make a decision.

You can also contact Options Sexual Health Association, formerly Planned Parenthood. They are a non-profit, pro-choice, non-judgmental organization that offers options counseling. The counselors can see you on your own or with your partner or family. They have female and male counselors available. They also do free pregnancy testing.
